Lean N Clean® Smoothie Recipes
IF you are suffering from chronic constipation, hemorrhoids, IBS, diverticulitis, Crohn’s Disease, Celiac Disease, acne, overall fatigue or weight gain? You have found the natural/safe remedy – Lean N Clean®. The following are some smoothie recipes on how to prepare it. You may drink this as a meal replacement to help you lose weight if you so desire in addition to solving your intestinal problems.
Lean N Clean® may be taken with water alone, however some people prefer to blend it and enjoy as a smoothie. We recommended that you drink your Lean N Clean® smoothie immediately, or within 5-10 minutes of mixing. A Lean N Clean smoothie will thicken with time. Remember that you must also drink an additional 1-2 cups (8-16 oz.) of water immediately after finishing your smoothie to avoid constipation. Avoid juices with added sugar, corn syrup, and other sweeteners.
The following Lean N Clean® smoothie recipes are guidelines. You may be creative by using your favorite fruits, fruit juices, vegetables or vegetable juices.
NOTE: Avoid mixing Lean N Clean® with hot water, milk, dairy products, protein powders or nut butters. Such ingredients, when mixed with Lean N Clean®, may cause severe constipation or bowel obstruction.
